TogiNet Radio
In June of 2005, John Martin, Bill Frizzell, and Kevin West founded The Owners Group, Inc, also known as TOGI, for the purpose of finding and bringing honest fledgling companies together with honest investors. Essentially, the idea was to provide a safe haven in an incredibly fraudulent market.
It became apparent to The Owners Group that there needed to be a way for us to communicate to the world through the Internet. We feel the wave of the future is the Internet, especially when it comes to radio. The world will one day, in the not-so-distant future, listen only to Internet radio. It is our understanding that even new cars in 2010 will come standard with Internet radios installed.
Thus, in June of 2007, TogiNet Radio was formed, owned and operated by Togi Entertainment. The company has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars developing TogiNet Radio, and has spent an equal amount on contracting, to make it one of the most desired destinations for people to listen to and learn from. There are literally thousands of stations around the world vying for listeners, so the decision was made to take an “out of the box” look at ways to bring listeners and revenue to the station. The result is “EduTalk.” While the station plays mostly unsigned indie music, it also plays some mainstream music and enjoys several talk shows, but EduTalk is quickly becoming the mainstay.
While the station is a secular station, we still hold to the morals behind our original beginnings. We search out companies who are honest to host their EduTalk programs on our live 24-hour stream. We searched out SOC because The Owners Group has integrated a gift card program throughout its business. We sincerely feel that SOC has the same business morals as we do, and we are very excited about our future together.
